Connect Rawa to your AI assistant

Rawa's MCP server lets Claude or ChatGPT work in your workspace: read your brands, keep your calendar and library up to date, and, once an admin allows it, generate new creatives and publish posts.

You sign in with your Rawa account and pick the organization you want the assistant to work in.

Setup

Add the Rawa connector

Paste the server URL into your assistant, sign in with your Rawa account and pick the organization. One connection is one Rawa organization. Assistants rename their menus from time to time, so look for the nearest match.

Claude

    In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.

    Click the plus button, then Add custom connector.

    Paste the server URL and click Add.

    Click Connect, sign in with your Rawa account and pick the organization.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, a workspace owner adds it once under Organization settings, Connectors, Add, Custom, Web. Everyone else then finds Rawa under Customize, Connectors and clicks Connect.

ChatGPT

    In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps & Connectors.

    Under Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.

    Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create.

    Name it Rawa, paste the server URL and choose OAuth.

    Click Create, sign in with your Rawa account and pick the organization.

Needs a paid ChatGPT plan. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, a workspace admin may have to allow custom connectors first.

Three jobs you can pick instead of typing

In Claude they sit in the plus menu of the message box, under Rawa. In ChatGPT they appear when you select the Rawa connector. Leave the brand blank when your organization has one; otherwise pick the brand it is for.

Your brand guidelines as an attachment

Every brand's guidelines are also available as a document your assistant can attach to a conversation, without spending a request on it. In Claude, open the plus menu and look under Rawa for "[brand] brand guidelines". Handy at the start of a writing session: attach it once and everything after it stays on brand.

An organization admin controls the MCP server in Rawa under Settings, Admin, MCP server.

Turn it off for everyone

One switch turns the MCP server off for the whole organization.

Allow generating creatives

Off by default. When an admin allows it, they can keep it to admins only and set a daily credit cap.

Allow publishing posts

Off by default. An admin turns it on before any assistant can publish to your connected channels.

Disconnect only yourself

Remove the Rawa connector in your assistant settings.

Questions about connecting

Which assistants can I connect?

Claude, and ChatGPT on a paid plan with Developer mode turned on.

Which brands does my assistant see?

One connection is one Rawa organization, the one you pick when you sign in. The assistant sees only that organization's brands, and only the ones you can open in Rawa.

How do I work in another organization?

Disconnect and connect again, picking that organization when you sign in.

Can an assistant spend credits without asking?

No. Your assistant asks before anything that writes, spends or posts, and can quote the exact cost first. Generating creatives is also off until an organization admin allows it, optionally for admins only and with a daily credit cap.

How do I disconnect?

Remove the Rawa connector in your assistant settings. To turn it off for everyone, an organization admin switches the MCP server off under Settings, Admin, MCP server.
